Zelo pozitivna izkušnja.Prišli od klica v pol ure, gospod Stane takoj odkril napako na zaganjalniku, naložil avto in ga odpeljal na servis.Nadomestno vozilo, ki ga je osebno dostavila G.Primožič naju je že čakalo, da ga prevzameva.Res vse pohvale za dobro organiziranost.

I was towed to this garage for a flat tyre. When I told them that I only wanted the punctured tyre changed, they assured me that they would. The next day, when I went to pick up the car again, they changed 2 tyres without informing me, which amounted to a horrendous sum of 438€.When I finally called the police to help me fix the problem, the people involved continued to be unreasonable. I was forced to pay the amount, otherwise I would not get my car keys back.All in all, a service was provided that was never agreed upon and was far too expensive.Ich wurde wegen einer Reifenpanne zu dieser Werkstatt abgeschleppt. Als ich ihnen mitteilte, dass ich nur den kaputten Reifen gewechselt haben will wurde mir dies auch zugesichert. Am nächsten Tag als ich das Auto wieder abholen wollte wurden ohne vorherige Information 2 Reifen gewechselt, was eine horrende Summe von 438€ ausmachte.Als ich schlussendlich die Polizei rief um mir bei der Behebung des Problems zu helfen waren die handelnden Personen weiter uneinsichtig. Somit wurde ich gezwungen den Betrag zu bezahlen, da ich ansonsten meinen Autoschlüssel nicht zurückbekommen würde.Alles in Allem wurde eine Leistung erbracht die so nie vereinbart wurde und viel zu teuer war.
