Staffs are very kind but food is so salty.If you feel taste of sea, i will recommend this restaurant. Cause very salty, My family can't eat more than 2 spoons. But staffs are very kind.... But i will not come again

Restaurant located in a central square in the city of Piran. It doesn't have a very extensive menu or a great variety. He doesn't have all the available pasta that he puts on the menu. In the end we ordered a dish of Gnokys with veal advised by the waiter and another dish of Cochinelly with Ragout. Average quality, quality ratio, acceptable price, no more.

Lovely restaurant in a square in Piran. They make their pasta fresh in a separate building overlooking the restaurant and square. As for the meals, well they were heavenly. Good service too.

We ate here last night and loved it so much we came back again tonight! Super glad we did too! My husband, two young adult sons and I loved everything we got! I’ll post some pictures too. The atmosphere was great and we loved eating outside! They make their pasta fresh on site, and you can even watch if you like! Highly recommend this place for 1) delicious, fresh pasta, 2) nice indoor and outdoor seating/atmosphere, and 3) nice service!

The best pasta ever , never had such good homemade pasta and really well made. We enjoyed the local wine Malvasia and the chocolate lava cake was too good. Definitely recommend to eat here. The food. The service everything is top notch.

The best meal we had in Piran! We visited Rostelin on the recommendation of our walking tour guide, Jan. He told us that it is a very popular restaurant so it is common to wait for a table, but we managed to get seated *just before the queue started (around 6pm). The open air restaurant is on a city square but set back from the main street, so there is a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed the famous homemade pasta with fresh seafood, and local wine - Malvasija. The staff were very friendly and the other diners all seemed to be happy.

Delicious food and excellent service. Here you can try homemade pasta and you wont regret it. Everything we've tried here was tasty. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Piran. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended by locals for us. We walked in around 6:30pm on a weekday, and got a table for two quite easily. When we left a couple of hours later there was a line outside. Note that Rostelin does not accept reservations, it pays off to be early there. We had truffles for started and the famous homemade pasta with cuttlefish. Needless to say it was all sooo delicious. House wine was good as well. Service was efficient and our portions came surprisingly fast. Tables and chairs were sturdy. Atmosphere was quite interesting in a very positive way - a lot of talk about the food and hardly any cell phones!

Nice location. Service was very slow and not proactive. Food was average and for the ham & cheese platters, the cheese is the same as the cheese platter (we asked the waiter prior to ordering and we were told the cheeses are different).
