Not very helpful, which is bad for a tourist information. The lady told us that the belltower is closed during the week, which was false. Didn't make the impression as if she actually wanted to give us information and that we annoy her by asking.

At the reception, you’ll find the most unfriendly and grumpy lady in Piran. Worth a visit if you need to dial down your mood.

Thanks Nick (hopefully I am spelling it right) for being a lifesaver - my phone was almost out of battery but he kindly helped me with it and even went the extra mile to answer my non-Piran related questions e.g. recommendations for Lake Bled. I could stay in Piran longer thanks to him, appreciate his help a lot! :)

3 lazy guys who do not even bother themselves to look for options. If you’re there, force them doing their job.Adding: I asked them to help me to find a bus from Piran to Rovinj. They would tell me there is no way to get there only by taxi (Tuesday).Though, I found a bus from Portorose to Rovinj.Those folks couldn’t care less. One star is a lot for them.
