Matej organised two brilliant days of fly fishing in the Soća River for me. I had minimal experience fly fishing and had an excellent experience. If you’re looking for a way to experience fly fishing in Slovenia I recommend booking with him! I will be going back if I’m in Europe again.

I was planning a flyfishing trip together with my father to the beautiful Soca river lately. Having Matej two days with us on the water made things very easy and provided us an unforgettable flyfishing event :) With his experience on our side, we always had the right flies on different spots which let us catch some nice fishes. Awesome fishing day with Matej. He took me, my father and my 6 year old son out for a great day on a river that was perfect for beginners. It was my son's first time ever fly fishing and Matej helped him hook and land several rainbows. Great company, excellent communication and very pleasant overall experience for our family. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience the wonderful fly-fishing Slovenia has to offer with a trusted and knowledgeable guide.
