First time experience with these folks and it's been great! We sent 12 pairs of climbing shoes to be fixed and are pretty happy. The website is quite intuitive and the process of submitting a request and sending the shoes via courier is pretty straightforward and convenient. Support and communication was also good and we received the shoes a few days after payment was made. Keep it up! Thanks!
