V avgustu 2023 sem imela poseg pri dr. G. Hawlina. Že na prvem pregledu pred posegom sem bila navdušena nad njegovim poglobljenim in strokovnim pristopom, zato sem se odločila za poseg pri njem. Z rezultati posega sem zelo zadovoljna in Oftalmologija d.o.o. zelo priporočam.

Untrustworthy and scam!I went to see Dr. Hawlina at Beltram clinic in trust and unfortunately discovered that he used wrong and fake medicine instead of using real medicine. I had an eye infection that they barely could treat after visiting four times which they charge 100€ per visit each and that’s ok but the worst when I learned that they have access to esthetic material and I wanted to dissolve an old filler using hyaluronidase that they charge for 200€ + another 100€ consultation, money wasn’t the problem as whatever he injected didn’t dissolve anything and the most suspicious part is that he doesn’t prepare or open the medicine in front of me, he prepare it in a separate room then invited me when injections are ready. This is creepy because every other doctor I saw always prepare it in front of me even open the box and offer me the license and show me expiry date as well.But when I asked why it didn’t dissolve he said maybe you need more so I went back and they tried to convince me that my filler is permanent which is not true (I know my filler is 100% dissolvable and it is Juvéderm) so he tried to dissolve again where my lips were swollen, bruised and inflated yet nothing was dissolved. Till then I still haven’t figured out why it didn’t dissolve so I thought of him being legit and i haven’t totally lost myTrust I still asked in the same day if they do Botox and he said yes so I thought to do a touch up Botox in forehead and around the eyes and after that I left home hoping that any of what I did will take effect in 3 to 5 days but 15 days down the line and nothing happened! I still have exactly the same look without any thing dissolved neither Botox worked, let alone that the corticosteroids injection he injected in my eye for the eye infection TWICE barely worked. In total we paid over 1000€ for 4 visits were nothing really worked. I confronted the doctor and he kept reassuring that he used legit material for three procedures which is not true because at the moment I am in a different country and I visited an esthetic doctor for my dissolving and Botox and within a day the dissolving was completed and my Botox kicked in within 4 days exactly. So practically Hawlina was lying about the material he injected me with! I also saw an ophthalmologist here and my eye infection is totally cleared up.I am disappointed and shocked of how Hawlina can manipulated his clients for money and fake treatments let alone he tried to convince me that my filler is permanent! What a scammer..the bigger problem was the pain and bruises caused with all these fake injections let alone that i don’t even know what was in these injections!! I hope nothing harmful as I am unable to get the truth out of him.Sadly he broke my trust and lost my respect hence why I took the time to write this to warn in advance every potential client. If you must go to the same doctor, be careful and make sure you see the product and ask to see while he prepare the product so you see what is being injected in you and if you can take a picture of the expiry date and license of product for safety would be better.
