We did a guided kayak tour (allow about 1.5-2 hours) down the river with Gašpar which was great. He quickly sorted us out with kit and got us onto the lake for a briefing and simple instructions, then we were off into the first rapids. He clearly explained how to navigate, where the best route was, and how to avoid the hazards ahead of each rapid. As a result we had a great time and stayed safe in class 2 whitewater.

Rented 5 bikes without needing to book in advance (October). Good value and the bikes worked well, with smooth gear changes. Very simple rental process; just provide your contact details, take the bikes, and pay when you return for the number of hours. The man running the shop was friendly and helpful, giving us a map, bike locks, recommendations, and directions.
