Penzion Pibernik

Beautiful hotel in a green and quiet area not far from lake Bled. The building has a lot of charm and our room was recently refurbished with taste. You can see there is a lot of attention to details. The outside area is very enjoyable too !

We stayed in a bungalow for 6 nights and really had a lovely stay. The pension, the bungalow and the garden are just lovely and so nicely decorated. Great mix of traditional old furniture and modern style. The host is very friendly and helpful and we loved staying at a family owned and rather small pension. The bungalow itself was also super cosy. If you're coming by the end of summer, I would recommend bringing some warm clothes though, as it can get cold cooking and relaxing on the terrace. If you don't have a car, make sure to bring or rent some (E-)bikes (which is also possible at the pension) so that you can reach all attractions in Bled and the surrounding area.There is really nothing bad to say, so make sure you spend a couple of days at Pension Pibernik, if you're going to Slovenia ;-)

Located near forest and river gives this place a special vibe. They also have a beautiful garden with ping pong table, and seats under the trees. I recommend ordering breakfast and eating outside early in the morning. There is also a pool and self serving bar.

Beautiful and calm, ideally for rest in a picture perfect spot. Delicious breakfast, bikes for rent (great to have a bike tour around the Bled lake area).

Rooms are very neat and clean. Garden is beautiful and well maintained, although very shaded and no direct sunlight. Breakfast is very good with a lot to choose from. Rooms are not cleaned throughout they stay, and you need to take your own garbage out to the central waste bins.They have a very peculiar choice of music playing through the hotel…

Incredibly charming location and hotel decor suitable for warm and cool weather.Highly recommend :-)

We picked up this penzion on our trip based on its locations and positive reviews and it even exceeded our expectations!The location is very calm, as well as the hotel itself. The staff was kind, the hotel has a nice family atmosphere. It's close to the Bled lake, an ideal starting point to trips in the surroundings. Amazing food!

Overall we had a lovely stay at Pibernik. We stayed in one of the small houses which are so beautiful. There is a small kitchen which is great to cook your own meals and the hotel is very “summer camp” like. I’m removing 1 star because of 2 things: 1. The window blinds do not cover anything so expect to be woken up by sunrise 2. For €250 per night (August high season) some amenities were missing, for example there was no soap or shampoo we had to buy our own. Also the pool was closed.

We stayed in Bunglow 1, extremely quiet and peaceful. We had a barbecue, place to sit outside the cabin, they have an open bar that you charge on the room. The toilet and shower are great. Highly recommend.

The best choice of our whole trip!Beautiful mansion run by wonderful people- you can feel it's a family business.The place is so beautiful, every artifact, every detailed vintage, pictures, wood work - are art by itself.Breakfast is pampering and delicious.The grounds surounds it are SO lovely and perfect!And amazingly enough it's no more then 4 minutes drive from the lake itself!I feel so fortunate to have found this place, it made my whole experience of Slovenia, something I will cherish forever.
