The host berated us for arriving “late” despite being within the stated check-in hours on the booking. Didn’t think to call as it was stated as a “hostel” with those opening hours, we had no idea it was their home and we were taking a room in it.The next morning, I left early to do some washing and left my partner in bed. The host knocked and woke her, then proceeded to ENTER THE ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION while she was not dressed and in bed. When I confronted him he said “it’s my house I will go where I want” - even so, why would you wake up your guests?Had to shower cold as the temperature couldn’t be adjusted after 10 minutes and the pressure was painful with multiple tiny jets going in every direction. the shower head doesn’t stay up so you have to hold it with one hand.We spent the entire time on edge and it took days to calm down again after the hosts infuriating rudeness and attitude.

Beautiful studio apartment, with two balconies with view of the lake. It has all you need and is very bright and spacious. The owners are super helpful and kind and not intrusive. Just perfect! 15 minutes walk from the town center and 5 minutes from the lake and all it offers. I will certainly return!

Ne vous fiez pas aux étoiles. Je ne conseille pas du tout cet hébergement malgré l'emplacement idéal. Accueillies par un hôte visiblement ivre et extrêmement malaisant. Le hello beautiful" était déplacé. On s'est faite scanner de la tête aux pieds. Sur la taxe de séjour il ne nous a pas rendu la monnaie

Nice room near the lake.

Beautiful location and affordable little apartment, but we did not feel really welcome, it was a bit of a weird experience (not as other guest house experiences I had where the owners are friendly and make you feel at home etc.). We arrived in the afternoon and the room was not ready yet, and our arrival was a bit odd overall since we had to wait a bit outside and the owner seemed not ready for us. There were more guests waiting around, so I just assume it was a bad day for the owner or too stressful and that's why we were not properly welcomed. There was a small kitchen and fridge in the flat (ground floor),a small hallway and a small bathroom with a shower.The property had a beautiful garden , a small koi pond and even a handmade treehouse on top with several handmade things made out of wood.

Čudovita okolica in prijazno osebje.

Betegség miatt a szállást nem tudtuk elfoglalni. Próbáltuk a szállásadóval a kapcsolatot felvenni telefonon és a booking felületén, de nem reagált, sikertelen volt. Szerettük volna a dátumot módosítani. Választ semmire sem kaptunk, elfogadhatatlan magatartás. Tetszett volna a hely és nem a pénzt akartuk visszakapni, csak az utazást bepótolni.

Hele aardige man. We mochten eerder de kamer binnen. Locatie is op 8 min lopen van het meer dus perfect. Ook goeie keuken en airco. Met mooi uitzicht in de tuin over het meer. Absolute aanrader

Beautiful property with a small garden and view of Bled lake!!We booked 2 rooms in Oriana studios for 2 nights- Studio with lake and balcony view & Studio with Shared bathroom.Studio with lake and balcony view is on 1st floor, has 2 balconies and beautiful view of the Bled lake from the both balconies. It is a clean and comfortable suite for 3 people - with a kitchen equipped with required utensils, dish soap etc, dining area, one double bed and a single bed and a clean bathroom. I would rate this one as 5 star.Studio with shared bathroom- This is on ground floor, has a double bed, dining table and 3 chairs, kitchen with basic utensils, dish soap and a dishwasher. Bathroom is just outside this room and was clean, however shower area is not high enough which leads to water splashing outside. This studio also has window on one side. I would rate this one as 3.5Parking is available, linens and bath towels are provided.Host was nice and helpful, he stays in same property. He asked us about our interests and recommended places to visit in and around Bled.Bled is very touristic leading to high prices, so, in comparison to other places, this property is a value for money!
