Vila Gorenka

The young lady who welcomed us was very nice and she gave us many recommendations of what to do in the area and where to eat.The location of the vila is quite good. The lake can be reached within a few minutes by walking and our room had a view of the lake.In terms of price and quality, I think it is a perfect choice. They have rooms with private bathroom and we had that one, but if someone wants to spend even less, there are rooms with shared bathroom.

There was a wrong sized tray in backing oven. Rest everything was good.

A fabulous find! We had a family room with a spectacular balcony over looking the lake. Maria was so helpful with excellent suggestions of things to see and do. The hotel is old and traditional and very charming.

Basic rooms ! But everything is realy clean ! The host was very friendly i would recommend you to stay here because the location is perfect !Cheers from belgium hopefully we meet again one day !

0 stars. This was an absolute nightmare. I discovered that the whole room was contaminated by bed bugs when I got back home with 150 massive bites the day after and had to clean and wash and freeze my belongings. Still recovering from that experience (also Bled is an absolute nightmare of a over touristy place and everybody is unfriendly). My friend Catherine booked the two rooms via booking from 29-31 July. The contaminated room was room 8.

Perfect welcoming. We had the best bedroom , with gorgeous view on the lake. Not sure about the other bedrooms. Must share bathroom- cleaned very often. No issue for me there. Can be noisy.

Very nice location.But the beds feel like they could break. And very hard to sleep with the amount of nose all the doors make, and everyone going to the bathroom which is just as loud from 6am onwards.

Location was excellent, owner/operator very friendly, room was clean and comfortable (even the shared bathroom), rooms were decorated with vintage furniture and it felt very homey and nice. Only negatives for me were that there was no air conditioning and the weather was very hot, so it was almost unbearable to sleep at night. You had to keep the windows open at night to get the room cool, but apparently I was allergic to something so was a miserable snotty mess all night. Also the WiFi was extremely slow and wasn't even working the last day we were there. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay, but I would recommend coming when the weather is much cooler.

Friendly and mostly quiet at night, but no cooking possible in the common room.

Pretty loud apartment.Shower privacy was questionable.Very average but what are you going to do in an expensive town.
