Amazing food and service! The price matches the quality of the food. The dishes had a great balance of flavors and were also very pretty to look at. The waiters were very nice.. we overall had a very good experience. We will be coming back for sure every time we visit Ljubljana!

Considering that we are not on the coast, seafood dishes are quite good. I recommend pasta with shrimps. The staff lacks professionalism and this is Jadro's only bad thing. Prices are OK.

Visited on a Sunday evening for dinner. Was very busy and having not booked we were lucky to get a table. So I would recommend booking ahead.Debated over whether to give a five or four star review but have given the restaurant the benefit of the doubt with a couple of issues.Had the grilled octopus starter which was tremendous. After regretted not having this for the main!For main I went for the lobster which felt slightly on the dry side. Desserts, fondant and cheesecake were of a high quality.Felt the service despite being very friendly, quick and attentive they could have been more knowledgeable when describing the dishes.Some of the bread was a bit hard and when I asked for a white wine by the glass I was not offered a selection despite this being on the menu.Overall we had a good experience though and left happy.

Food was very tasty and price was fair in the tourist area. The fish soup was so unforgettable to me!Atmosphere was nice and service was excellent too!Restaurant is always full so recommend to have a reservation for advance.

This in my travels is one of those gems you remember. Spotting several great reviews for this restaurant and wondering by just as they opened, I thought - “If I stop later I may not get a seat?!” I stopped later… found a seat… only person in the place!!? What is wrong with this picture? Turns out the owner ran the best rated restaurant in Ljubljana but had recent medical issue, and just in the last couple of weeks reopened as a wine bar. 1. The space is beautiful 2. The owner and staff have a solid knowledge of wines - not pretentious 3. Appetizers Showed nice potential This owner has great soul and will overcome her medical setbacks. A wonderful spot to check out for a well thought wine selection

Wonderful restaurant indeed - believe the positive reviews. I had the prawn carpaccio, mussels and babaganoush as appetizers, and they were all very good. The main dishes were really exceptional, even for Michelin standards. Both the octopus with truffle polenta and the tuna steak were cooked to perfection. Very talented chef, friendly personnel and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice wine and wine snacks in this bar. The owner seems really passionate about what she’s doing. The food was delicious and wine was amazing. I loved the cheese platter and sweet peacans!Very cozy and clean place with a nice atmosphere and relaxing music. Have a stop there, you’ll love it!

Really delicious from start to finish. The bread was the best we’ve had in Slovenia, and the octopus was the most tender I’ve ever had. I had grilled octopus on truffle polenta, and my husband really enjoyed his tagliatelle with steak. The grilled veg were also nice. My glass of white was delicious and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back.

Great restaurant! We had a New Year’s Eve dinner there and it was very special. The food was delightful, the staff is very friendly and the wine is really good. I appreciate everything, thank you for having us.

Excellent Sea ceviche - raw scampi and sea bass were so fresh and so sweet. Octopus garnished salad was amazing. The fish soup is deliciously flavorful - the kind of effort your grandma will make for you when you visit her. The service was happy and friendly. It’s the only restaurant we came back twice in our visit to Ljubljana.
