Vila Alice

Vila Alice - ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen, es sich gut gehen lassen und mit perfekter Ausgangslage, um den Ort Bled zu erkunden.Durften hier 3 angenehme Tage im August verbringen und waren von den vielen liebevollen Details im Haus und Zimmer ganz begeistert. Auch den Whirlpool im Garten haben wir sehr genossen und die Gastgeberin super nett.Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gibt's -1 Stern weil es relativ teuer ist und quasi kein Service (leider nicht mal morgens Kaffee o.ä.), das hätten wir jetzt so nicht ganz erwartet.

Villa Alice ligt op loopafstand van het meer van Bled. De Energy kamer waar wij verbleven was ruim en netjes. Ook de badkamer was modern. De tuin van de villa heeft lekkere ligbedden en 2 jacuzzi’s waarvan 1 verwarmd. Er zijn voldoende restaurants in de omgeving en natuurlijk is Bled zelf ook prachtig. De host is vriendelijk, alleen soms een kleine taal barrière, maar ze bedoeld het goed.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbaren Zimmern und sehr netten Gastgebern.Es liegt hervorragend zum See, der über einen kurzen Spaziergang durch einen Park erreicht wird. Wir sind nur eine Nacht, auf unserem Weg nach Kroatien, geblieben und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Der See ist sehr schön, das Ambiente am See und in der Vila Alice ist sehr schön.Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, aber gegenüber des Hauses ist eine Bäckerei, die sehr gutes Gebäck hat.

Bel posto, camera confortevole ma attenzione la camera non viene rifatta e non è disponibile la colazione in loco. C'è però una cucina a disposizione.

Ne nasedajte temu drugorazrednemu penzionu. Kako do 4 zvezdic, bo zapisano le v zvezdah. Prez predračuna in pisnih zagotovil, kaj je v ceni storitve, niti pod razno ne nasedajte njihovim lepim besedam in obljubam, ker boste na koncu potegnili kratko in vas bodo obrali za vsako malenkost. Objavljene cene, cene obljubljene preko telefona in končna cena, ki jo moraš plačati, se tako razlikujejo, da je vse skupaj zrelo za kak inšpekcijski pregled. Zastonj električnega avtomobila, ki so ga preko telefona tako opevali in ponujali kot enkratno doživetje, ni bilo nikoli. Pa tudi zastonj ni bil, ko si jih vprašal, kje je. Jakuzzi in vse ostale storitve so le za doplačilo zato pazite, kaj vse uporabljate. In to so cene, ki ki so postavljene v višave. Osebje neprijazno, celo nesramno, če jih kaj vprašaš, zakaj ni tako, kot je bilo dogovorjeno. Se pravi, da je vsaka njihova beseda le laž.Če le morete, se izognite temu penzionu na veliko. Ne priporočam nobenemu, da bi doživel takšno izkušnjo. Namesto da bi se odpočil, da bi pozabil na vsakdanje skrbi, te le spravi v slabo voljo.

Owner is extremely rude . A problem through bookings with regards to payment leading to her canceling our reservation without any notice leaving us with no accommodation within a week of our scheduled arrival. When asked to help me after updating the payment details she decided to say that this is my problem and nothing to do with her. Very rude.

We booked the deluxe(+20€) room option through booking.com, but you cant pay through booking.com. SO when you get your room, you need to pay.SO our keys were ready, we entered our room. It looked fine. Later she called US we would get a different room because we booked deluxe... We switched rooms and got a room at the busy Street-side, with no warm sheets, A hard bed, no difference in luxery whatsoever. It was a downgrade really.We learned here never to book deluxe again. Other rooms might be nicer and cheaper!!I liked the porch swing, but the reason i really booked this place was for the garden... It had a jacuzzi, but was closed...

Stress and arrogance! Noise and no swimming pool. People looking into your room. Room different than ordered. And more issues. Horror.I never experienced such hostile and un-human behaviour like here - extremely arrogant and passive-aggresive owner. I only read about such people in books. Although other people from the serivce are very kind, everything goes via the owner and she ignores agreements made with them.Also, I got a different, much worse room than ordered but this was not the biggest issue and I did not complain about it. The owner went ballistic cause I kindly asked for...a boiled water or a kettle and I did not accept the rude way in which I was informed that they do not provide it (read again" referring to an email - sent two weeks after I made the reservation - where they stated only that the kitchen use is paid. They also refused to tell me how much when I asked).Vila doesn't have many of facilities they declare starting with closets in rooms - I had to keep my clothes in a suitcase

Zentral im Ort Bled gelegen. Zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, Zimmer war Top renoviert. Eine Küche zur Mitbenutzung war auch vorhanden.Dem Hund hats auch gefallen
