Potapljaški klub Zaka sub - Bled
Did not show up...I've booked the dive in lake Bled months in advance. Mirko mailed me back to confirm time, place and equipment. All looked fine.The day prior to the dive, I've emailed Mirko my phone number in case of emergency. I've texted him a few hours before the dive... no answer...I waited at the meeting point but no Mirko. I called him and he was on his way to another dive. Said that he mailed me a few hours earlier to ask if I could come back tomorrow? Never got that email (checked the spam folder). If you gonna cancel or want to rebook, why didn't he called (you had my phone number)? Now I've wasted money (expensive parking lot and phone call) and precious holiday time and got nothing. This is very unprofessional and rude. If a customer doesn't answer the email (if there ever was an email) you can't assume it's ok to cancel. Too bad that there are still people that don't seem to care about the fact that tourists pay a lot of money to be there... I've gone diving all over the world (Thailand, Mexico, Egypt etc...) and never had a terrible experience like this.If I could give a 0, I would have...

Potapljaški klub Zaka sub - Bled
Wir haben kurz vor unserem Slowenien Urlaub unseren Tauschschein gemacht und uns dann in Bled entschieden, dort im See zu tauchen. Wir fragten am Campingplatz und erhielten eine Nummer bei der wir anrufen sollten. Daraufhin meldete sich Mirko. Er war sehr freundlich und alles lief wirklich unkompliziert ab. Wir schrieben ihm unsere Größe und Gewicht, sodass er die Ausrüstung zusammenstellen konnte. Am nächsten Morgen trafen wir uns auf dem Parkplatz. Mirko brachte alles mit und die Sachen passten super. Wir erzählten ihm, dass das einer unserer ersten Tauchgänge nach unserem Kurs ist. Er war super nett und half uns beim Anziehen. Auch im Wasser schaute er immer nach uns und fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Luftvorrat. Vielen Dank Mirko, es hat wirklich viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben Hechte, Welse und Flussbarsche gesehen.
