An incredible experience and journey from beginning to end.Dr. Rebeka and her medical team made every step of the process comfortable, knowledgeable, thorough and simple. Everyone was exeptional and went beyond to make sure all questions were answered, nerves put to rest and a peaceful environment was created.My breasts look and feel so natural and now I can honestly say that the only ,,issue” that I have post surgery is that I did not do this procedure sooner. What a relief and confidence booster.

Cant find a right words to express how much I am satisfied with everything! To say that the doctor Rebeka and all her nurses (Danijela, Ana, Marija) are perfect, just isnt enough.! I usually don't leave reviews but I felt the need to point this out as I believe customer service/client satisfaction is the most important thing no matter the business. I had consultations with Dr. Rebeka Held, everything went perfect. The Doctor is amazing, sweet, kind, open, explained everything nicely so I only have compliments for her. No complaints there. However, the clinic, as I had consultations at other clinics as well and after a lot of thought, narrowing it down to two clinics where I'd get the surgery, I emailed them both with a few questions, the other clinic replied instantly while Dr. Held's clinic refused to and said I should come for another consultation, mind you I do not live in Croatia. I replied that it doesn't make sense to go from consultation to consultation, back and forth with questions plus spending money on something I'd already done, emailing is the easiest option and my questions do not require a whole day to reply. I'd stated that I do not expect a reply right away, whenever the Dr. would have time I'd just like to know the answers so I can try and decide who to go to, but I guess this is also an easy way to decide, no answer is an answer. I consider this a deal-breaker. I have not come across a business who did not reply to their emails. I'm very upset, as I loved Dr. Rebeka Held plus would love to support a woman in plastic surgery but the clinic, the assistants/nurses should get a course in customer service. Sorry not sorry, but it's very rude. Also using CAPS LOCK to point something out as if I'm an idiot and didn't understand the first time they wrote the same thing is very insulting. So I guess a heads up for anyone thinking of booking a consult there, go to other clinics first so you can come to this clinic with all the questions and can make comparisons right there as they don't have time for you outside the clinic.
