By their own admission they are overstretched, told me on more than one occasion they could not help me as they are over 60km away. Despite organising holiday rentals told me they would rather not work weekends. Promised reimbursement for lack of internet and parking charges I incurred and then went silent.

They are the best, great business.

They tried to charge us for the costs that they were not ours. We were guests in one of the houses that is in theirs intermediation and we leaved property very clean.We even took out and folded the sheets that we used during our stay and cleaned kitchen, threw garbage, just to be easier for the cleaning lady. And after 2 weeks upon our departure, they tried to charge us with additional cleaning fee even tough we paid it within the initial reservation. So they tried to double charge us for the same thing, with explanation that the property were left so dirty that they have to clean it extra. Also they accuse us for stealing a pan from the kitchen and also tried to charge us for that. They even tried to charge us for the broken oven handle which was broken form the first day of our arrival. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Really rude and unprofessional. We had a feeling that they wanted just to rip us off 2 weeks upon our departure,after leaving good rewievs. We really travel allot all around the world very often, and didn´t have anywhere such situations and behavior from the hosts nor agencies.

They are working well, and provide very good service for your money.
