STAY WELL CLEAR. over 6 months ago I had a car from these people. The car was damaged from the previous user, on the front. when I returned the car they initially claimed I had scratched the front then agreed that the damage was from the previous crash. Deposit was returned and as far as I was aware the case was closed. I now have a debt collector contact me out of the blue wanting money. these guys are crooks and conmen they sent me out with a damaged car and are now trying to charge me to fix someone else's damage. appalling behaviour and you should to avoid them at all costs.

Was an amazing experience, we made a mistake and we lost the appointment with other company but they take care and give us a similar offer, even bringing a car from other office just to us, the guy in the office was so greata and he car was perfect and gave us no problem.Even better, at the return we lost our bus to our next destination and he was so friendly that he find us a taxi to our destination for an awesome price, we will repeat without doubt.

Retour de la voiture sans souci particulier (location en aller-simple).L'agence étant fermée à l'heure du retour, j'ai téléphoné et un monsieur m'a expliqué la procédure à suivre pour la rendre en leur absence. Nous l'avons garée dans un parking souterrain proche de l'agence, sur des places réservées, et avons déposé les clés dans la boîte au lettres de l'agence.Nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaise surprise par la suite. Seule la taxe slovène inévitable a été prélevée sur mon compte.Axe d'amélioration :J'aurais préféré recevoir un message comme quoi tout était OK au sujet de la voiture. Il n'y a pas eu de problème mais un simple email m'aurait assuré que tout était réglé.

Preko asistence nam je pripadalo nadomestno vozilo. Trdili so, da oni o temu ne vedo nič. Po vztrajanju so le pregledali pošto in našli vse potrebno. V nadaljevanju pa prijazni in korektni.

We were very impressed with the process of hiring a car with Sixt in Koper, Slovenia. First and foremost, the customer service was five stars, and we picked the car up Sunday which was out of hours but efficient.A very warm and friendly team, who definitely put the customer first, which is rare for hire car companies.The car was spotless and very reliable, and all pre-existing damage was documented to avoid any confusion on drop-off. We had the car for eight days, travelling around Slovenia.The process was very efficient from pickup to drop off, and the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with each time.I definitely recommend using Sixt for your car hire.

Alquilamos un coche en Sixt. Pagamos más por un coche automático y al llegar nos dicen que el coche que hemos reservado era manual. Cuando lo fuimos a devolver tuvimos que llamarlos porque la oficina estaba cerrada en horario que estaba abierto (14.30) y decían que cierran a las 15h

Stay Well Clear. Frustratingly slow service when we came to pick the car up. Then after returning the car, charged significantly more for the insurance than was agreed with Miha, the agent. When called to query this staff were rude and uninterested. Disappointing experience

Los empleados muy antipáticos, no hacen ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse con las personas que no hablan su idioma. Muy poco agradables y muy poco seviciales con el cliente. Al parecer y por lo visto allí mismo, tampoco cambia mucho cuando tratan con clientes en su mismo idioma. Para no volver, intentarlo en otra ciudad de Eslovenia o en otra agencia. Este sistema me obliga a poner alguna estrella y he puesto una, pero para mi cero,cero,cero.
