Ok ampak lahko bi bilo veliko bolje. So pa zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi in to je velik plus. Opozorilo pa da je parkirnih mest veliko premalo in moras peš hoditi do avta kar precej daleč. Mi tudi nismo imeli tople vode nekaj casa.

The hotel was ok. Breakfast and Dinner were good as well. One has to pay for drinks at dinner. Limited power outlets in the room and no AC.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can also use the spa of their neighbor hotel (just remember to bring a towel, otherwise they will charge you for it :))The meals have large variety. However they are not so tasty. Items also ran out and the stuff says they can't reffil.Water during dinner is only by payment. You can't get even tap water.The room has no air conditioning. Therfore one has to open the windows and noise gets in. There is also a lack of power outlets in the room.

Very nice staff!! They are very helpful. Rooms are big and bright. It is a classic hotel, with classic rooms, in the center of Kranjska Gora, on walking distance of lake Jasna and some good restaurants! Nice view from each room!! Parking in front of the hotel reserved for hotel guests

Couldn't fault this hotel. Very polite staff throughout. Spotlessly clean room. Nice and quiet. Perfect location for walking, cycling and bus route . Good choice of hot and cold buffet style food at breakfast and evening meal.Only criticism would be that the bedroom curtains were very light. Take an eye mask if you like it darker. This hotel does not have a kettle in the room, but we were loaned one on request.Wow definitely recommend this hotel and location.

Great location in the heart of Kranjska Gora. Big clean rooms with plenty of space for storage/hanging clothes.Most rooms have balcony with views over to the mountains.Some have mentioned lack of electrical sockets, my room had a 4 way adapter, great for charging mobiles.Dinner is taken in nearby Kompas but great options for breakfast.I found the staff friendly and helpful.Only problem is with the thin curtains, woken at 5.15 every morning by the bright sunshine.

Nice location. Very Bad service. Hair dryer not working and the bed , you have to do it by yourself. I hope to not have to come back at this hotel - if it s the same service and equipment- . Huge potential.
