Quiet location, excellent breakfast, pleasant service, spacious, clean family room

All of the staff is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. We were greeted every morning for breakfast with a smile and they remembered how we like our coffee and eggs. We had to check out before breakfast, so they packed us a lunch. My skin was sensitive to the laundry detergent, so they rinsed and changed the sheets. The dinners and desserts are all 5 star, as well as affordable for the high quality. The knowledge of local wine and pairing with the food was phenomenal. Our room was small, but had a balcony and a view, and was very cozy. The location is outside of the busy touristy Bled and Bohinj, although a short drive to either. Keep driving past the Guesthouse toward Tolmin and you'll be surprised by amazing views from way up in the mountains. If you're a skier, it is very close to a ski lift. This was the most amazing experience I've had in a guesthouse/hotel. You can even rent bikes here to get around. I would definitely come back here if I ever visit Slovenia again.

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy, with a wonderful sight on the alps. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and the chef is great. This place is a must!

If around Bohinj and if you don't feel bad to spend a bit more on food I would recommend it for sure! Staff is super nice, food is absolutely amazing, mind blowing. Prices vary depending on how many plates you get, aprox 60e for 2 persons if you don't go wild.

While staying at Lake Bohinj, we discovered this gorgous place to have dinner at. From outside it appears to be similar to many other gostilna (restaurant), but after having dinner there it is truly a hidden pearl!!! Beginning with the service, it's top and all waiter/chefs serving us were polite, smiling and simply perfect. We didn't know what to expect for dinner, but the food exceeded all out expectations. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes lovely prepared and present and the food outstanding. My fish (trout) was delicious, accompanied by fresh vegetables and an amazing spinach souce. Just blown my mind!! My wife's Resje Salad was very tasty and freshly prepared as well. As a starter we received fresh cottage cheese with wild garlic, offered from the house. Last but not least, the desserts (chocolate mouse & raspberry cake with ice-cream) just confirmed the overall delicious & perfect dinner. Lastly, the local wine was ideal for the food served. We really enjoyed staying there and loved the food. Thank you for the fantastic service!! We will come back for sure, very soon. Therefore, full 5 stars here on google!! Se vidimo! :)

I stayed here as a guest for two nights, and had dinner at the restaurant on both nights. The accommodation itself is fantastis, and having a restaurant was a lifesaver. The food itself is better than almost every restaurant I've been to in Slovenia, and reasonably priced too.

We had a spontaneous dinner after visiting bled. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. Service was excellent! All dishes are original from local products. Highly recommended!

Good location for hiking, in nice and clam village. Parking is available in front of the building. Quite and relaxing with beautiful nature all around. Rooms could be renovated a little bit....

Staff is very nice, friendly. Breakfast was excellent, delicious food with a nice view. Room is warm, cozy, clean.
