I rented the e-bike which is a brilliant bike and I did a 60km cycle up the beautiful Radovna valley (recommended by the very friendly agent in the shop).It was comfortable cycling over dirt tracks and the battery lasted 6 hours with it on varying speeds. I had it on max for the last hour (approx) as I was tired, and it last s me back to Bled.I really recommend the shop and the e-bike and Radovna valley cycle route!

Renting bikes from Mamut was so smooth and wonderful! I started with one bike for 2 hours, then our whole family decided to rent for 6 hours and we ended up keeping them for 24 hours. We booked online and picked them up at the main office. They were equipped with locks and helmets and had bikes for all ages! Nik was so accommodating and the price was so reasonable. Thank you for a fun day in Bled!

Would 100% recommend if you are looking for some nice places to visit around Bled, as they are affordable prices. We went to Vintgar gorge for 20 € which included the price of the entry tickets.They gave us 2 hours to spend there which was just the right amount of time to relax without feeling rushed at all. In fact we waited 30 minutes at the end with a nice view while waiting for them to pick us up. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We stumbled upon the agency and decided to book the Emerald River Tour. The guide was friendly. He took photos for us. When I felt adventurous and got myself into trouble, he helped me to descend safely. The restaurant that he recommended for lunch has a beautiful view of the mountain and tasty baked trout. We didn't feel rushed throughout and managed to complete 15 thousand steps at the end of the tour. The lakes, the waterfalls, the gorges and the mountains are stunning. I highly recommend walking behind the Pericnik waterfall. It is an experience like no other.

The hike itself was very nice, place was beautiful, however if you're thinking costumer service, forget about it.We hiked the wrong way, ended up a different church, instead of the one of the agreed pickup point.Ended up calling the place to ask them what we should be doing. Not only it was implied several times we were stupid for not understanding the Slovenian woods, but they made it sound we were going to be a big inconvience for them (mind you they have pickups scheduled every 2 hours and it's a 10 min drive from Bled). Wanted to make us pay an additional 20 euros to get picked up, but eventually they did it for free. The driver was very nice and comprehensive. The car would have been half empty any way cause nobody else was there for pick up. When we got back to Bled it was implied that we were idiots for not understanding where to go, cause we trusted a girl (she was working on the trail) that at the intersection of the two routes direct us to the 'easy' one, and since the people back at the desk said that the right route was the easy one we just went there. I'm not saying it was hard to understand where to go, I recognize it. It could be tho that people get i wrong and I don't see why you would treat costumers that way, in these circumstances.

Awesome experience. Perfect recommendations and lot of honest advices. The staff did a great job and they are fluent in multiple languages. For me the prices are totally exaptible. Stand up paddle is a lot cheaper there than anywhere else I saw the pricelist even compared to different countries.We also did the 2 hours horse riding which was magical. Even though we had no experience at all we were thought the basics within few minutes and could start the tour. No only the riding itself but also the route were perfect. The forest, lake and creek are like out of a movie. Absolutely for chilling and enjoying the view. You totally get the main character feeling. I 100% recommend it!
