I came to the Thermes years ago and I liked them a lot. Now the website indicates two affiliated hotels: Piramida and Habakuk. In reality, the centre Fontana is now only medical centre, if you stay in Piramida you have no access to any swimming pool and you have to pay a fee (30€) to access sauna in the hotel. Only Habakuk has a wellness centre for their guests. Info on website is outdated and misleading since they put also Hotel Piramida on the Thermes website. It is not true anymore...
