For me, Alenka and her team are irreplaceable, as I can always count on them to make my Lui feel happy and safe, when I am not there; and I've been counting on them regularly for many years :). I highly recommend their services to any loving dog owner!

Brez Alenke in njenih nasvetov, ki so super profesionalni in preko katerih spoznaš ogromno znanja, vidiš ljubezen in spoštovanje ki ga čuti do psov, bi bilo življenje z mojo psičko veliko bolj problematično. Nola je moj prvi pes in imela sem srečo, da sem izbrala Alenko za svojo učiteljico. Vsakič, ko Nolo pustim v vrtcu ali hotelu je tako vesela, da me sploh ne pogleda, ko grem. To pove vse.

Tamara seriously?? And you just couldn`t give them a phone call when they didn`t reply?How many times I didn`t get a reply from people and I simply just called them.. I didn`t go and write a bad review.I have been using Citydog`s services (dog sitting and dog school) for 7 years now (and I have 3 dogs!) and I can`t say anything else, then I`m more than pleased and satisfied with their service.Alenka is fantastic, she knows how to deal with dogs and she really understands them.All I can say is that my dogs won`t go to any other dog hotel than Citydog!

Strange communication style.I messaged them well in advance to inquire about vacancy to leave my dog in their care for few hours while in Ljubljana. And also explained why I was asking for such service, that we had some meetings in the city and did not want to leave the pup in our car.They said my pup needed to have ID microchip and anti-rabies vaccine.Which I confirmed, offered to show them dog's passport and veterinarian's certificate when we meet. But they never replied.It felt really awkward and unpleasant, after initial information on ID/vaccine requirements they never replied to my messages. That is not how one should communicate and do business.Reedit, to reflect on another reviewer's mention:There is nothing personal about my review. As long as I am the (prospective) paying customer, it is the CityDog or any other business who should be chasing me and trying to stay in touch by e-mail, phone or social networks. Because I can, did and will go to competition.Instead of contacting me later and making up for lack of timely communication, CityDog opted not to publish my review on Facebook and allowed this one on Google only after having a favorable review by another person. Citydog je prava izbira za starse kuzkov v vseh njihovih zivljenjskih obdobjih, saj sta tako dnevno varstvo, kot tudi hotel prilagojena potrebam vseh. Nasa kosmatinka ga obiskuje ze vec kot leto dni, in vem, da bo zaradi njihove strokovnosti, zanesljivosti in ljubecnosti zanjo pri njih vedno najboljse poskrbljeno. Za igro, ucenje, raziskovanje in tudi potreben pocitek ima na voljo veliko prostora zunaj in znotraj. V Citydogu je tako nasa razposajenka nasla svoj drugi dom, kamor gre vedno z mahajocim repom, predvsem pa svojo drugo pasjo mamo, ki ji nudi vse in se vec, kot ji lahko ponudim sama.

Odličen pasji vrtec in hotel, z odlično oskrbo in nadvse prijetnim pristopom do strank in kužkov. CityDog obiskujemo že 5 let, tako za individualne posvete in tečaje kot tudi za krajša in daljša bivanja v hotelu. Najboljša priporočila vsem pasjim staršem!

City Dog je zelo profesionalen pasji hotel, kjer psi dobijo vrhunsko oskrbo, dodano s pravo ljubeznijo. Psi imajo druzbo, se igrajo med seboj ( izbrani so po velikosti in karakterju, da ni zapletov), imajo ogromno polje - njihov sportni poligon. Po zadnjem izhodu se jim tacke umijejo, se skrtacijo, ker potem gredo z lastnico v njeno druzinsko hiso, kjer lahko pocivajo in se crkljajo tudi na njihovih kavcih. Tudi spijo v hisi in ne v boksih, kot je to marsikje drugje.Nas kuza je imel ( prvo 10 dnevno) super izkusnjo, dobili smo ga iz narocja lastnice v nase narocje" veselega
