They are attentive and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure that you have a memorable experience.The menu features a variety of delicious dishes, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I highly recommend the beef tartare. Dishes were cooked to perfection and the flavors were simply exquisite.The wine list is also extensive and features a wide selection of Slovenian and international wines. The sommelier was very helpful in choosing the perfect wine to pair with our meal.Of course, no dining experience at B Restaurant is complete without taking in the stunning views of the city. The restaurant is located on the 20th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel, and it offers panoramic views of Ljubljana and the surrounding mountains.Overall, B Restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel Ljubljana is an outstanding dining experience. Restavracijo sem obiskala že drugič. Tako kot prvič sem bila navdušena. Postrežba je super, osebje prijazno in vljudno. Rahla zatemnjenost pričara intimen ambient v katerem je razgled še lepši.Za toplo predjed priporočam njoke z gobami, naravnost vrhunsko!Sladica ni bila nič posebnega, bi si želela neko “dodano vrednost”.. kot pravijo, sladica mora dati tisto piko na i celotni večerji.Vsekakor še pridem.

We had such a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Every single dish has been outstanding. They go above and beyond to make it extra special and welcoming to the guests. Our special thanks to Jernej that had genuinely helped us with the recommendations and took a great care of us overall.The highlight of our meal was their purple potato homemade ice cream. It had such a beautiful smooth texture with just enough sweetness to appreciate the flavors.Thank you so much for this special experience! We are looking forward to visiting this place again.

Top notch! I ate the best white fish (Dentex) I’ve tried in many years. Perfectly balanced dish, with great texture, amazing ingredients and tenderness. It was a remarkable experience trying this fish that was perfect in every aspect.The service of Jernej is notable. He recommended a selection of Slovenian wines that were new to me and very good. He also guided me through the menu. Very knowledgeable and helpful.Also had the opportunity to try the Gregor Lisjak extra virgin olive oil that it is fantastic.The restaurant is in the 20th floor of the Intercontinental Hotel with amazing views of Ljubljana.B-Restaurant was my favorite during my visit to Ljubljana.
