Excellent customer service. Zoran is a nice person with a willingness to help and good English.I've asked for basic small Peugeot but got upgrade into the presented on the pictures.Regarding complains about unexpected charges. Well, Zoran is 100% transparent and he advises to take insurance. If you don't, then sorry. Anything can happen. With the best insurance, I've had a mental comfort during my holidays and that's what I'd advise to avoid unexpected costs. At the end of the day, you're renting a new car, not a bicycle. The extra insurance isn't expensive, highly recommending.For some young travellers, like me, unfamiliar with renting cars. It was possible to rent a car with a debit card (higher deposit though), so that's a big plus!Personally, I only didn't like the fact about my card details being stored for a long time in their system. However, that's most probably their standard and maybe not everyone cares like me about data privacy.

Stay away, CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!We rented a car from Adria rend a car at Ljubljana Airport for two weeks, the car was good, with scratches, but when we returned it they inspected literaly every inch of the car until they found 4 scratches that they had not listed before, 2 on the wheels, 1 on the back bumper and 1 on the lower side panel. And by scratches I do mean scratches, that unless you inspected the car inch by inch you wouldn't have seen them. We had taken a full insurance with zero deductible from them. The froze the deposit of 1500 Euros until they could evaluate the cost to the damage and because we didn't have an accident report from the police; of course we didn't have one because there never was any accident!!! The Adria guy at the airport, Zoran, then promised that he would send us the quote as soon as he would have it, in English. 1 business day later we received a quote, all in Slovenian, for 1100 Euros!! for four scratches!!! They are saying that since we didn't have an accident report from the police the insurance doesn't cover the damage and that it doesn't matter that there was no accident!! They took all the money from the 1500 Euros deposit and are now even asking for more!!All of that for 4 scratches on a car that was already covered in scratches.In short, they are crooks, praying on tourists and counting that once we have flown out of the country we won't be able to take them to court over it.It's a racket, stay away!!!

We rented a car in Ljubljana for 4 days. While we booked an economy car, the company provided us a comfort car. This is very nice for customer service. The car we had in photo is like a new. The staff in airport was very helpful and friendly.I recommend Adria Car in Slovenia. Thank you.

A complete disgrace!Stay away from them! Because a company that they have a partneship with is apperanly insolvent they wanted to charge the whole fee again - now left without the car and the money!!!!We booked the car in early November and they did not have the decency to let the clients know of situation, in which case we would obviously cancel the booking and go with another company... - avoid them and Atlas Choice!

I recently rented a car from this service, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the rental process was efficient. I highly recommend this service for a hassle-free car rental.

Be very careful before using this car hire firm. We returned the car after a six week period with a very small dent on the rear door which we didn't even notice. We had full insurance with no excess payable. They swiped our credit card twice and told us we would get a full refund in a few days. Now that we have returned home they say we did not have a police report for damage and therefore the insurance is not valid. No one asked us for a police report when we returned the car. Tourists are such easy prey. its now many months of work for us to pay off the €700 that they have stolen from us. A sad way to end a holiday in such an amazing country. I am surprised that the tourist board doesn't offer some sort of consumer protection.

Renting a car for city travel is a breeze with this service. Their compact cars are easy to navigate in urban areas.

Excellent service form Adria cars. We were met at arrivals and taken to the office. The paperwork was sorted quickly and efficiently and we were taken to our upgraded Peugeot 407, very comfortable and smooth to drive. Our cases were even put in the boot for us.Similarly on our return we were met and the paperwork once again dealt with quickly. Our cases were taken out of the boot, and we were thanked for our custom.Highly recommended for both price and efficient friendly service. A vignette for motorway driving is even put on the car for you, and charged when you return - much easier than having to find a service station to buy one before you use the motorway.

Rental a car from Adria for 7 weeks. Got a great price and car was fantastic. Very easy dealing with Zoran. He even gave us a ride from airport to Kranj after we returned car. Will rent a car from them again for future holidays.
