Paravičeva miza

Beautiful logging cabin just beyond the international border between Slovenia and Croatia. It's a great location for hiking and resting. During the Rapallo border days, this was the location of Yugoslavian border guard station.

This small forest meadow just next to the border with Slovenia is Checkpoint No. 22 of Goranski planinarski put, situated on the altitude of 1125 m.a.s.l. There is a (closed) mountain lodge there for forest workers, a water reservoir, a woodshed etc. The place looks nice and maintained but it's not attractive. There are no open views. It can be reached by extremely poor macadam roads (some of them being blocked by a ramp) by foot or a good off-road vehicle. Except from being the most remote Checkpoint of GPP there is nothing special about it, the way I see it.
