We Got a small car for 7 Days and got Upgraded to a Renault Clio. Everything worked Out good. Easy top get and to drop Off. I would book again.

They gave my car away after confirmed reservation. Bad service. Don't trust this business

Did not have a good experience - it will have been two weeks and my deposit of € 1’700 still hasn’t been returned even though everything was alright with the car as confirmed by the staff. They can’t fix the payment processing issue on their side and it’s gotten to a point where they simply gave me an e-mail address from their bank to try to sort it out myself. Of course their bank staff isn’t very helpful, and my bank is telling me I’ll probably need to raise a chargeback request with my VISA which can take months. Have been renting cars for ages and never experienced the same problem. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the check-in guy was friendly (though their processes are very inefficient, had to wait for like 10-15 minutes for him to come back because there’s only one guy working at the counter who needs to accompany every individual customer to the car in the parking garage and let them out).

Wypożyczyliśmy samochód na trzy dni. Oddanie samochodu na parking, kluczyki oddawane gdzie indziej, potem przyszedł mail o szkodach w samochodzie, których nie zrobiliśmy i zatrzymaniu części kaucji. Wysłałam im zdjęcia zrobione przed wynajmem. W rozmowie telefonicznej powiedzieli, ze takie maja procedury. Specjalny zespół porówna ich zdjęcia zrobione przed wynajmem i po wynajmie i podejmą decyzje w przeciągu 2 tygodni.Wynajmuje samochody kilka razy w roku, w różnych krajach i nigdy się nie spotkałam z czymś takim. Tak, ze nie polecam. Szkoda nerwów i pieniędzy. Widocznie tak rekompensują konkurencyjne ceny.Ponadto jestem zdeterminowana i jeśli nie oddadzą kasy, to złoże zawiadomienie na policję w Słowenii. Już rozmawiałam z prawnikiem
