We hired a driver through Day Trip to help us get from Venice, Italy to Bled, Slovenia. Arrangements were made to meet our driver at the terminal at Piazzale Roma. We met Peter Zaloznik who immediately impressed us as a very gentlemanly young man as he loaded up our heavy luggage and apologized because he didn't have a good contact number for us to let us know of a traffic tie-up. He was very personable and genuinely interested in teaching the four of us from America (two daughters Laurie and Valerie, granddaughter Emily and me) all that he could so that we wouldn't miss some of the most beautiful natural sites Slovenia has to offer. Arrangements had been made for the four of us to stay at Hotel Vila Istra on Lake Bled since we wanted to visit the little church on the little island on Lake Bled. We had arranged a car rental as well which was close to the hotel, so he drove us by the hotel and then dropped us at the Eurocar Rental Office. Peter was as helpful as the best of drivers could be, and again, he prompted a whole and complete love of Slovenia which happens to be the birthplace of all my grandparents. I can't imagine anyone else being a better guide and careful and caring driver than Peter. I can't express how grateful I am that we started our wondrous and beautiful stay in Slovenia with Peter. He became near and dear to our hearts. If I am so fortunate as to return to Slovenia and need a driver, I will definitely request Peter Zaloznik.

Waiting 20 minutes and more from the time they told me, calling them few instances to check on where the driver was and they didn't know.

I usually went with them, whem i needed, but recently they got a new female driver who's attitude is just awful and rude. So im switching to another taxi service from now.
